Our Story
In 2011, Melissa graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a Bachelor's degree in Resort and Hospitality Management. Her career began in the restaurant industry, where she honed her skills in customer service, management, and operations. After starting a family, Melissa changed direction to stay home with her daughter then had the opportunity to work remotely as a permitter for a local sign business.
For the past seven years, Melissa has been deeply involved in the sign business, gaining invaluable experience in navigating the complexities of permit acquisition. This experience has equipped her with a thorough understanding of preparing, submitting, and securing approvals for permit packages.
Recognizing a significant need in the industry for efficient and reliable permit expediting services, Melissa decided to take the plunge and launch her own permit expediting business. With a strong foundation built on years of hands-on experience, she is dedicated to providing top-notch service to her clients.
